Hybrid Position – 2 to 3 days WFH
System Administrator L3 – Managed Services Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize VMware virtualization infrastructure across various environments.
- Configure and maintain firewalls (e.g., SonicWALL’s, Palo Alto, Cisco) to ensure network security.
- Oversee and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for system-related issues and user queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT systems
- Network assessment and documentation with solution recommendations
System Administrator L3 – Managed Services Requirements:
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is required
- Proven expertise in VMware/Hyper-V virtualization technologies and hands-on experience in managing complex environments.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining enterprise-level firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Sonicwall) for network security.
- In-depth knowledge of M365 suite administration, including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
System Administrator L3 – Managed Services Salary & Benefits:
