The System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) is a strategic technical position. The System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) position is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of customer’s IT systems, coordinating complex projects, and implementing IT solutions.

System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) Required Skills and Experience:

  • Windows Server (2008-2022) administration including spin-up, roll-out and management including but not limited to Active Directory, GPOs, Trusts, Print Servers, Application Servers, etc.
  • Build & maintain virtual environments such as Hyper-V, VMware, and Azure
  • Network Security – Router/Firewall experience i.e. Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Sophos & Barracuda firewalls & wireless environments
  • M365 deployment, migrations, and security
  • Veeam backup
  • Cyber Security experience a major plus
  • Autotask, Datto RMM or similar tools such as ConnectWise, Ninja, Kaseya, etc.
  • Previous MSP experience required
