System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP)

We are a growing Managed and Cloud Services Provider with a focus on law firms, municipalities and professional services organizations looking to define or improve a comprehensive IT strategy. We implement, integrate, and support best-in-class legal and horizontal technologies, enhance cybersecurity and leverage the power of cloud computing. Our current opening is for a System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) that can understand technology and infrastructure in-depth, think creatively and have the drive and ambition to push their career forward all while creating solid and long-lasting working relationships with their clients.

The System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) will primarily work from home but needs to be located in Orange County since we have a large number of clients here. The ideal System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) must have previous experience working for an MSP, ConnectWise Automate, AWS, iManage, and working on projects in a MSP environment. Other key technologies the System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) will work with are Windows Server, M365, VMWare, Azure, firewalls, and cyber security.

Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 experience a plus
Experience with troubleshooting, and supporting the following technologies:
Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Microsoft Azure
VMware 5+
Workstation imaging development, deployment, and support
Storage Area Networks (SANs)

Line of Business applications and customizations
