We are a Managed and Cloud Services Provider that specializes in small to mid-sized companies, we serve as their outsourced IT and cybersecurity department. Our rapid growth allows us to continuously onboard new clients and team members, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Currently, we are seeking a motivated and humble System Administrator Level 2.5 to join our expanding team. This hybrid role combines technical escalation support, project work, and client relationship management. If you enjoy solving complex IT issues, leading small projects, and building trusted partnerships with clients, we’d love to connect.
Day to Day:
- Provide Tier 2–3 support to a variety of SMB clients across diverse industries
- Lead and assist with M365 migrations, Azure deployments, and network infrastructure upgrades
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows Server, M365, Azure, VMware, networking, and Cisco systems
- Support Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and other core services
- Collaborate with project teams and contribute to planning and implementation phases
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
- Utilize PSA and RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Kaseya, Autotask) to manage tickets and systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working at a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Strong IT fundamentals, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, DNS, and networking
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations (required)
- Proficiency with Azure services, VMware, and Cisco networking or VoIP
- Familiarity with remote management and support platforms (PSA/RMM tools)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, etc.) are a plus
