System Administrator Level 2 – Managed Services

Our business continues to grow rapidly and to be able to meet our client needs we are seeking a System Administrator Level 2 to join our team. The System Administrator Level 2 – Managed Services will have to be able to work alongside Senior Engineers’ ongoing projects. The System Administrator Level 2 – Managed Services will support any implementing projects and deploying new technologies that are assigned by senior engineers. You will be working closely with Cisco, Azure, and SonicWall. You will also have the chance to be promoted within the company to more senior roles and the latest projects.

System Administrator Level 2 – Managed Services Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support end-users remotely and on-site environment resolving hardware/software issues.
  • Troubleshoot network devices and business-specific or line of business applications.
  • Support for escalated tickets and respond to urgent customer requests.
  • Configure servers and other key components in Azure.
  • Azure administration and support.
  • MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization.
  • Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, other network appliances.

System Administrator Level 2 – Managed Services Requirements: 

  • Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry experience
  • Experience supporting multiple environments/clients
  • Experience with M365 administration
  • Networking experience

System Administrator Level 2 – Managed Services Salary & Benefits:

  • $65,000 to $70,000
