System Administrator Level 2 (Managed Services):

Our from 5 to 500 employees and a diverse vertical type everything from retail and hedge funds to non-profit and government partners. Our team is consistently trained to stay proficient in the latest technologies and hold numerous certifications from industry leaders such as Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Symantec, VMWare, and many others!
Our current opening is for a System Administrator Level 2 (Managed Services). The ideal System Administrator Level 2 (Managed Services) should be capable of addressing escalated support issues and handling backend System Administration.
At this time, we are only accepting System Administrator Level 2 (Managed Services) applicants with previous MSP experience.
System Administrator Level 2 (Managed Services) Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working for a MSP
- Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, 11, Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Cloud or Microsoft Office 365 and Google environments is a plus
- Configure LAN and WAN topologies, server staging, and deployment
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure
- Strong knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems, e-mail systems, firewalls and network security
- Experience with MSP tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, or Ninja highly preferred
