System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) Overview:
We are a Cloud and Managed IT Services Provider celebrating over 25 years in business! We have over 35 employees and clients nationwide. We focus on providing employees with personal growth and clients with personalized solutions. We are currently seeking a System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP). The System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) will focus on a sliding scale of end-user and backend systems administration issues and resolving various faults submitted by clients. Successful System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) applicants must have a background working for a MSP.
System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) Job Responsibilities:
- Configuring, maintaining, and supporting client IT infrastructure (hardware and online services)
- Troubleshooting M365 applications (Intune, Exchange, etc.)
- Administering Microsoft Azure Services
- Configuring Windows Server tools (PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy)
- Troubleshooting IT peripherals (monitors, printers, cameras, and anything else that plugs into either the wall or the computer)
- Evaluating everything from every day business processes to onsite hardware to improve clients “overall experience with IT” in relation to their business needs
- Successfully managing their daily business including things like on-boarding and off-boarding people, building and upgrading computers, moving offices, setting up home networks, and other weird out-of-scope requests
System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) Technical Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services
- Knowledge and experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Knowledge and experience with M365 and Office365 applications (Intune, Exchange, etc.)
- Advanced understanding of hardware, software and networking systems including Routing, Switching, and Networking Protocols
