System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise):
We are a Managed and Cloud Services provider that has been in business for over 20 years. We provide a variety of technical solutions for small and medium-sized businesses including managed IT services, project management, managed cloud services, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and web and application development. If it has an on/off switch, we manage it for our customers.
We are currently in need of a System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) with previous experience working for a MSP. As a System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise), you will have the opportunity to manage the technology infrastructures for multiple clients in a variety of different industries. This includes supporting and maintaining servers, desktops, firewalls, network equipment, software applications, backup systems, and more. We are looking for a technologically-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) who can provide outstanding service for our clients.
System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) Required Skills:
- Ability to migrate servers and perform M365 migrations
- Solid Working Knowledge of Firewall Technologies including VPN ‐ SonicWALL shop
- Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012 through 2022 servers
- Extensive network skills and experience including TCP/IP; DHCP, DNS, WINS, Workgroups, Domains, Active Directory.
- The configuration, management, and troubleshooting of firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Support Hybrid and Full Azure environments
- Experience with ConnectWise (or comparable products such as Autotask)
