System Administrator Level 3 (MSP):

We are a Cloud and Cybersecurity Managed Services Provider based in Anaheim, CA. This position pays overtime (time-and-a-half) OR if you work an hour overtime you have the “flex” option to work 1 hour less the next day. At this time we are actively seeking a System Administrator Level 3 (MSP) with previous MSP experience. The System Administrator Level 3 (MSP) will work in a very white glove capacity; proactive support/modernization of infrastructure and handling escalations. You will be working primarily in a team environment and each person on the team can have a specialty depending on your primary skill i.e. Cloud, Networking, etc. People have the ability to raise their hands to get new certifications, hop into project work and pick up new skills/exposures. The more drive – the more responsibility and the more pay. We really are seeking an System Administrator Level 3 (MSP) with aptitude, drive and intelligence.

System Administrator Level 3 (MSP) Technical Skills:

  • On-prem server infrastructure and cloud-based solutions
  • Backup solutions for both physical and virtual environments
  • Windows and Mac computing environments
  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems 7 to 11
  • Microsoft Server OS, AD, RDS, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Apps
  • LAN/WAN technologies (Cisco, HP, Fortinet, SonicWall, Ubiquiti Unifi – routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.…)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Networking Concepts – TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN/WAN/WLAN, VoIP, RADIUS, LDAP,
  • PowerShell and other scripting languages are a plus
  • Previous experience working with MSP tools such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Ninja, or similar products

System Administrator Level 3 (MSP) Salary + Benefits:
