System Administrator / Level 3 Support (MSP)

Due to organic growth, we are currently searching for a System Administrator / Level 3 Support (MSP). Th System Administrator / Level 3 Support (MSP) role will involve a mix of support and project-based work, providing high-level technical assistance and handling escalated issues. The ideal System Administrator / Level 3 Support (MSP) candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft 365, networking, servers, workstations, firewall management, and MSP tools such as ConnectWise or Ninja.

MSP experience is a must have requirement for this position.

System Administrator / Level 3 Support (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve a wide range of support tickets, from Level 1 to escalated Level 3 issues.
  • Provide support for key technologies including:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory
  • Networking
  • Servers and workstations
  • SonicWall Firewalls
  • Ubiquiti switches and WAPs
  • Perform network deployments, including new firewalls, switches, and servers.
  • Deploy and support Hyper-V hosts and Intune solutions.

System Administrator / Level 3 Support (MSP) Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and firewall management.
  • Experience with SonicWall and Ubiquiti products.
  • Proficiency in server and workstation troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.)
  • Experience in an MSP environment
