Join our team as a System Administrator (Managed Services Provider) and play a vital role in managing and maintaining our clients’ server infrastructures. You’ll tackle escalated issues, support desktop, network, and server environments, and work with advanced technologies like Hyper-V, VMware, and Azure. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll lead projects such as server configurations, Entra ID Sync, and firewall configuration while keeping detailed documentation to ensure seamless operations.
System Administrator (Managed Service Provider) Day to Day:
- Manage and maintain client server infrastructures, including critical patch installations and security updates.
- Provide high-level support for desktop, network, and server issues through phone, remote, and onsite interactions.
- Tackle escalated tickets and work on complex technologies like Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Lead project-based tasks, such as Azure AD migrations and server configurations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service tickets to ensure seamless resolution and follow-up.
System Administrator (Managed Service Provider) Required Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year working for a MSP
- Expertise in Windows 10, 11 and all modern Windows Server platforms
- Hands-on experience with Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, and network infrastructure maintenance.
- A customer-centric attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset, willing to assist colleagues and handle overflow tasks when needed
