System Administrator – Managed Services/Azure

Our current opening is for a System Administrator – Managed Services/Azure to split time working escalated support and working on projects.
System Administrator – Managed Services/Azure Requirements:
- Develop and implement monitoring tools and solutions to identify, diagnose, and resolve problems affecting performance of LAN.
- Troubleshooting/support of M365.
- Maintain existing monitoring and notification systems and recommend improvements to maintain network stability.
- Implementation and migration of software and hardware upgrades and patches.
- Troubleshoots network access problems and implements network security policies/procedures.
- Monitors and maintains VOIP/Voice systems.
- Troubleshoots end-user and complex server problems and serves as a key contact for desktop support and remote office support
- Monitors alerts and create tickets accordingly
- Handles customer support requests over the phone and via ticket system
•Handles escalated support requests and further escalates when needed - Handles on-site support requests when needed
