System Administrator (Managed Services/ConnectWise)

We are seeking a driven and skilled System Administrator (Managed Services/ConnectWise) with at least 1 year of experience in an MSP environment to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $70K – $80K, based on experience.

System Administrator (Managed Services/ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

  • Provide escalated support for technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform on-site client visits to deliver hands-on technical support and expertise.
  • Manage and execute project-based tasks, including migrations and implementations of M365, MS Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, networking equipment, and physical servers.
  • Install, configure, and update server and workstation software.
  • Resolve network issues, including Meraki and SonicWall devices.
  • Support peripherals such as printers, phones, and scanners.
  • Document resolutions and create clear end-user instructions.
  • Utilize ConnectWise to manage tickets, monitor systems, and track client issues.
  • Collaborate on client onboarding to optimize IT infrastructure and system performance.

System Administrator (Managed Services/ConnectWise) Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Proficiency with ConnectWise and PSA/RMM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Experience with networking equipment such as Meraki and SonicWall.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
