We’re hiring a System Administrator with prior MSP experience to provide Level 2 support across client networks, systems, and cloud platforms. As a nationwide Managed and Cloud Services Provider, we support a wide range of industries—including architecture, finance, and nonprofits. You’ll troubleshoot escalated issues, manage Microsoft 365 and firewall systems, and help drive client success through well-documented, proactive support. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates clearly, and takes initiative to solve problems the right way—without being micromanaged.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 support for servers, networks, and business-critical systems
  • Troubleshoot and configure firewalls, switches, and wireless access points (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Juniper)
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and RingCentral VoIP systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients and deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions
  • Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and system changes (ConnectWise preferred)
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Required Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and VoIP tools like RingCentral
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
