System Administrator (Managed Services/ConnectWise) Overview:

We’re looking for a System Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and wants to continue developing their skills in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. This is a hybrid WFH role that includes full benefits, certification reimbursement, and paid training to support your growth.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support to business clients
- Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
- Configure and support virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V
- Assist with firewall, switch, and Meraki deployments
- Work on client projects such as network build-outs, server migrations, and cloud implementations
- Manage DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services, and storage solutions (SAN/NAS)
- Maintain documentation and SOPs using platforms like ITGlue and FreshService
- Collaborate closely with a small, tight-knit team of engineers
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an MSP or IT consulting environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a focus on first-time resolution
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with tools such as Mimecast, SentinelOne, NinjaRMM, and backup solutions
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and virtualization technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive
Salary + Benefits:
- $70,000 – $80,000
