System Administrator (Managed Services/ConnectWise):

This is a full-time, permanent position paying $70k – $90k dependent on experience, full health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, certification reimbursement, and a collaborative environment that allows you to learn on the job.
In the System Administrator (Managed Services/ConnectWise)role, you will be responsible for supporting Windows Server environments up to version 2022, which includes configuring new servers and migrating older systems to the latest version. You will also manage Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and handle migration tasks. Additionally, the position involves administering VMWare and Hyper-V virtual environments, as well as performing general network administration for routers, switches, and firewalls. You will also support Azure services, including Entra ID, Intune, and virtual machines (VMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with experience in server management, cloud services, network infrastructure, and working for a MSP.
System Administrator (Managed Services/ConnectWise) Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots hardware/software/configuration/technical issues (received via ticketing system, email, phone, or in-person) and resolves to client satisfaction
- Provides installation & configuration support of routers, servers, firewalls, & network equipment
- Performs Configuration/Implementation/Management within Windows Server environments
- Provides exceptional service while adhering to contractual Service Level Agreements
- Utilizes knowledge of common network commands, utilities, ports and protocols
- Documents configuration additions, changes, and revisions in a timely and thorough manner
- Maintains confidentiality, integrity, & security of clients’ data by adhering to security standards
- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to manage multiple/shifting priorities
- Supports team with client installation assistance, and client-related projects
- Assists end-users & colleagues, providing training/information on appropriate use
- Performs detailed and prompt time-tracking for all work performed
- Contributes to team effort by participating in team meetings and sharing technical knowledge
- Collaborates and Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders including teammates, clients, and 3rd party vendors
