What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver both remote and onsite IT support for multiple SMB clients
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (Exchange Online, AAD, Intune, VMs, networking)
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server (2012–2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Deploy and support firewall and VPN solutions (SonicWall, Meraki, or similar)
  • Lead or assist with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security initiatives
  • Use RMM/PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Kaseya, or Autotask) to track and resolve tickets
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and provide technical guidance to junior staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls and VPNs (SonicWall preferred)
  • Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools and documentation best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to interact with both technical and non-technical users

Compensation:

  • $70k – $80k, based on experience
