Join our growing Managed and Cloud Services team and take on a key role supporting small and mid-sized businesses across a range of technologies. This is a hands-on, mid-level role perfect for someone with MSP experience who loves variety in their day-to-day work, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver both remote and onsite IT support for multiple SMB clients
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (Exchange Online, AAD, Intune, VMs, networking)
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server (2012–2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Deploy and support firewall and VPN solutions (SonicWall, Meraki, or similar)
- Lead or assist with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security initiatives
- Use RMM/PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Kaseya, or Autotask) to track and resolve tickets
- Collaborate with senior engineers and provide technical guidance to junior staff
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking
- Hands-on experience with firewalls and VPNs (SonicWall preferred)
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools and documentation best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills—you know how to interact with both technical and non-technical users
Compensation:
- $70k – $80k, based on experience
