We’re hiring a System Administrator (Managed Services Provider) to join a high-performing IT consulting team known for helping small and midsize businesses modernize their infrastructure through cloud computing, network optimization, and cybersecurity.
In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of environments, collaborating with both clients and internal engineers to troubleshoot, maintain, and elevate IT systems. You’ll also help identify trends, recommend automation opportunities, and deliver solutions that make a tangible impact.
System Administrator (Managed Services Provider) Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical escalation point for desktop, server, and infrastructure issues
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS
- Respond to malware, virus, and spyware incidents
- Provide end-user support and contribute to helpdesk operations as needed
- Participate in system optimization and infrastructure improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clients on modernization goals and technical planning
System Administrator (Managed Services Provider) Technical Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working for a MSP (more the better)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and the broader Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Working knowledge of core networking protocols and services
- A proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
