System Administrator – Managed Services Provider Role Overview:

We are a full-service IT consulting, networking, cloud, security, and IT solutions firm serving customers primarily in LA, Dallas, and NYC. Our company is celebrating 20 years in business this year and are excited to have maintained over a decade of continuous growth (even in 2020). Our LA team is seeking a MSP experienced System Administrator – Managed Services Provider. The System Administrator – Managed Services Provider will work on a team of 10 with the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week depending on client/company needs.

The System Administrator – Managed Services Provider will take L2/L3 tickets from ConnectWise work on projects autonomously, and with Senior Engineers. The System Administrator – Managed Services Provider should be familiar with a majority of the following technologies: Watchguard, SonicWALL, Office 365, Azure, AWS, Citrix, Windows Server, VMWare, Veeam, Bitdefender, Exclaimer, Passportal, Proofpoint, Addigy, SentinelOne, Umbrella.

System Administrator – Managed Services Provider Requirements:

  • M365/Exchange experience – administration and migrations
  • Advanced server level knowledge and troubleshooting experience (AD/GPO/Scripting)
  • Proficient with Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer
  • Proficient with virtualization platforms including VMWare and/or Hyper-V
  • Proficient with Active Directory, and GPO
  • Proficient with DNS, DHCP, and DFS
  • Firewall experience (configuration and troubleshooting)
  • Azure AD and InTune experience
