System Administrator (MSP) Overview:

We are actively searching for a System Administrator (MSP) to join our team. The System Administrator (MSP) will take escalations from our L1 team through ConnectWise and work alongside Senior Engineers on projects such as M365 migrations, Server deployments, network build outs, office moves, Azure migrations, and more.

The System Administrator (MSP) must have previous MSP/CSP experience.

System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities & Experience: 

  • Be the escalation point for our Tier I Service Desk team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail, and online requests for technical support
  • Identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems
  • Administration of M365 and Active Directory environments.
  • Provide support for multiple security tools and assist end-users with security-related issues
  • Interface with account managers to develop strategic roadmaps and projects
  • Experience with Windows Servers administration, M365, and Azure
  • MSP experience is required
