We’re actively hiring a System Administrator (MSP/Azure)r with a strong technical foundation, excellent troubleshooting skills, and proven experience supporting multiple client environments. If you’re confident working across Microsoft ecosystems, managing firewalls, and navigating ConnectWise or similar PSA tools—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and on-site support for multiple SMB clients in diverse industries
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments (2012–2022)
  • Migrate on-prem systems to Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls (SonicWall), routers, switches, and VPNs
  • Support Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and domain-related services
  • Manage and support hybrid and full Azure infrastructures
  • Use ConnectWise (or comparable RMM/PSA tools) to track, manage, and resolve tickets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience at an MSP or IT services firm (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of server and network infrastructure
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and Azure environments
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Networking, and Storage.
  • Solid understanding of SonicWall firewalls, VPNs, and general network security
  • Comfortable with ConnectWise (or similar platforms like Autotask, Kaseya, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
