System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities & Experience:
- Be the escalation point for our Tier I Service Desk team.
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail, and online requests for technical support
- Identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems
- Configure, set up, and install desktop and laptop PCs.
- Administration of M365 and Active Directory environments.
- Provide support for multiple security tools and assist end-users with security-related issues
- Design, Implement, and Support Azure infrastructure
- Interface with account managers to develop strategic roadmaps and projects
- 4+ years of experience with Windows Servers, O365, and Azure
- Scripting knowledge is a plus
- Experience supporting law firms and related software (iManage) is highly preferred
- MSP experience is required
