We are actively searching for a System Administrator (MSP) to join our team. The System Administrator (MSP) will WFH 3 days per week and come into the office or go on client sites two days per week. You will take escalations from our L1 team through ConnectWise and work alongside Senior Engineers on projects such as M365 migrations, network build outs, office moves, Azure migrations, and more.

The System Administrator (MSP) must have previous MSP/CSP experience.

System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities & Experience:

Be the escalation point for our Tier I Service Desk team.
Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail, and online requests for technical support
Identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems
Configure, set up, and install desktop and laptop PCs.
Administration of M365 and Active Directory environments.
Provide support for multiple security tools and assist end-users with security-related issues
Design, Implement, and Support Azure infrastructure
Interface with account managers to develop strategic roadmaps and projects
4+ years of experience with Windows Servers, O365, and Azure
Scripting knowledge is a plus
Experience supporting law firms and related software (iManage) is highly preferred
MSP experience is required
