System Administrator (MSP Cloud Team)

We have been providing the highest level of technology services to clients in Dallas and throughout the US since 2000. We provide a variety of technical solutions for small and medium-sized businesses including managed IT services, project management, managed cloud services, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and web and application development. If it has an on/off switch, we manage it for our customers.

As a Systems Administrator (MSP Cloud Team), you will serve as an escalation resource for our Support Services team in its effort to deliver IT and cybersecurity expertise to our clients, meaning an expectation of being able to find answers to complex technical issues, proactively maintaining client IT environments, and staying up to date with business technology systems. The System Administrator (MSP Cloud Team) will also work alongside Senior Engineers on projects to modernize client infrastructures.

System Administrator (MSP Cloud Team) Responsibilities & Projects:

  • Provide support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, and email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
  • Be an escalation point for our T1 staff and work with our Client Account Manager in sales and project management.
  • Provisioning and system setup for new hires.
  • Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
  • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving support requests.
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
  • Install antivirus software and ensure virus definitions are up to date.
  • On-Prem and Cloud Server design, setup, and administration.
  • Network and network infrastructure design, setup, and administration.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and updating/cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.

System Administrator (MSP Cloud Team) Salary + Benefits:

  •  $75,000 – $85,000
