System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise)

Founded in 2002, we are a Managed and Cloud Services Provider supporting over 300 clients throughout the United States and abroad. We primarily support clients’ IT infrastructures within the financial services, manufacturing, and real estate industries. We provide cloud computing, network security, and automation – we are proud to work on the newest and latest technologies. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) to join our team. As a System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) you will handle escalated issues, support end users onsite, and participate in projects with Sr System & Network Engineers. The System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) must have well-rounded Microsoft Windows server-related skills (DHCP, DNS, GPO, AD), troubleshooting Networks (Firewalls/Switches/Routers), supporting Azure environments, and experience with varying hardware platforms.

We are only considering System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) applicants with previous MSP experience.

System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) Skills Required:

  • Advanced network troubleshooting (Firewalls/Switches/Routers)
  • Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, and GPO/AD)
  • M365 Administration
  • Data migration (M365/SharePoint/Azure)
  • Patience and understanding in helping to resolve client issues
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to learn

System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) Salary + Benefits:

  • $75,000 – $85,000
