Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide both remote and on-site IT support for a variety of SMB clients
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments (2012–2022)
  • Perform Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations on a team
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs
  • Support Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and other domain services
  • Deploy and manage hybrid and full Azure infrastructures
  • Track and resolve support tickets using ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

Required Experience:

  • MSP or IT service provider experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure (VMs, AAD, Networking, Storage)
  • Skilled in firewall and VPN configuration (SonicWall preferred)
  • Comfortable managing multiple client environments simultaneously
  • Proficient with ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, or similar platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
