Due to organic growth, we’re currently seeking a System Administrator (MSP/MSSP). The System Administrator (MSP/MSSP) will be on the forefront of our customer support operations, providing technical expertise and exceptional service to our clients. You’ll serve as a problem-solver, a strategist, and a trusted advisor, working closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance. From troubleshooting network issues to implementing innovative solutions, your contributions will be instrumental in driving our success and exceeding client expectations.

System Administrator (MSP/MSSP) Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues
  • Be knowledgeable of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term relationships
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, contributing to the evolution of our support services- we welcome someone who takes ownership of their role!
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously expanding your skill set and knowledge base

System Administrator (MSP/MSSP) Experience and Requirements:

  • Extensive helpdesk experience (5-7 years) with a knack for exceptional customer service
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, no formal leadership role but pivotal in problem resolution
  • Intermediate or higher knowledge of Veeam Backup, VMware, Azure/M365, networking equipment, Datto RMM, Autotask
  • Networking proficiency with a hacker mindset and a knack for problem-solving: -Routers, Switches, Cabling, Network setups and troubleshooting
  • Foundation in cybersecurity practices and certifications are a major plus
  • Ability to directly support VIP clients
  • Background in project, design, and network infrastructure architecture within cybersecurity is a plus
  • Proven record of delivering elite service to C-Level and VIP clientele
  • CCNA or any other industry relevant certifications are highly desirable
  • Hunger for growth and rapid skill enhancement for architectural expertise
