System Administrator MSP (Partial WFH):

We are seeking a System Administrator MSP (Partial WFH) to support our Tyler based clients about 10% of the time and spend 90% of their time working from home. The System Administrator MSP (Partial WFH) will be assigned to primarily support our Tyler clients and remotely support our Houston clients. The System Administrator MSP (Partial WFH) is best suited for a well-rounded Level 2 who sees value in being designated to providing IT support (desktops, Windows Server, M365, Network administration, Azure administration) for SMBs.

System Administrator MSP (Partial WFH) Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
  • Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Azure.
  • Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
  • Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork.
  • Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
