We’re seeking a MSP experienced System Administrator to take on a Tier 2.5 role in our fast-paced MSP environment. This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned support professional ready to take on advanced technical challenges, lead project work, and work directly with clients across various industries.
You’ll manage escalated issues, support complex environments, and participate in deployments and migrations. If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to move toward Tier 3 or infrastructure architecture, this role is built for you.
Role Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced server, cloud, and network issues
- Participate in and occasionally lead client-facing projects and technical implementations
- Deliver high-level support to VIPs and executive users
- Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers; provide technical mentorship
- Recommend infrastructure and process improvements based on best practices
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a Managed Service Provider or IT consulting role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with Hyper-V or VMware, networking fundamentals, and tools like Datto, Veeam, or Autotask
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft credentials are a plus
