System Administrator (MSP/Windows)

Due to our expanding footprint, we’re seeking a System Administrator (MSP/Windows) to be dedicated to our Chicago based client. The System Administrator (MSP/Windows) will be primarily responsible for building, monitoring, and maintaining the computer systems and networks for a team of ~70 professionals. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring the proper functioning of user workstations, software, and peripherals. You will provide support by installing, maintaining and repairing IT and A/V systems, networks, computers, websites and networking software systems.
Previous MSP experience is REQUIRED for the System Administrator (MSP/Windows).
System Administrator (MSP/Windows) Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
- Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Azure.
- Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
- Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork.
- Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
- Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
