System Administrator (Partial Remote)
We are seeking a System Administrator (Partial Remote), to support Windows servers and small to mid-size company infrastructure.
The System Administrator (Partial Remote) will be a part of a Cloud Computing & Outsourced IT Consulting firm that is ranked by the MSPmentor as one of the top 50 fastest growing IT Managed Services/Cloud Services in the country. Approaching over 10 years of providing support to the SMB arena in Chicago across various industries.
Initially the System Administrator (Partial Remote) will be more support with projects. As this person ramps up the position will have a heavier on project based work. The ideal System Administrator (Partial Remote) will have completed a few Microsoft 365 migrations and set up new server environments.
System Administrator (Partial Remote) Requirements:
- Experience in Tier II, administration, configuration, management and design of Windows Server-based corporate networks
- 2+ Years of Managed Service Provider experience required**
- 4+ years of IT experience
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure experience
- Migration experience
- Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare
- Server maintenance and support, including MS Virtual Server Solutions
