System Administrator (Partial Remote)
We are an established Managed Service Provider who has been servicing SMB’s for 25 years. We are constantly researching and evaluating new solutions to ensure our clients have the most up to date/ innovative technologies. We take on a custom approach tailoring each solution to the needs of the organization.
We are in search of a System Administrator to join our team splitting their time between our office and working from home! The System Administrator (Partial Remote) should be a team player who takes a white glove approach to customer service. The System Administrator (Partial Remote) will take on escalated tickets, provide backend system administration, and assist with network administration.
System Administrator (Partial Remote) Technologies & Requirements:
- Azure AD/ Azure
- Conceptualize the design and deployments of new offices and new clients (Windows/VMware/Cloud)
- Meraki, Firewalls (SonicWALL), Switches (Cisco)
- O365 administration and migration assistance
- Adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- 2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- ConnectWise/Kaseya experience preferred
System Administrator (Partial Remote) Benefits:
