We’re a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider delivering full-service, outsourced IT support to small and mid-sized businesses throughout New Jersey and New York. Acting as our clients’ entire IT department, we manage all technology assets and ensure their systems are aligned with business strategy, security best practices, and industry demands.

We’re looking to add a System Administrator to our technical team—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex IT challenges, and is committed to delivering top-tier support to end users.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows-based systems, Active Directory environments, and Exchange
  • Support and troubleshoot DNS, LDAP, SMTP, and general email security protocols
  • Manage disaster recovery processes for Exchange and AD systems
  • Perform network analysis and assist with bandwidth, disk sizing, and capacity planning
  • Maintain and support backup solutions for clients across various industries
  • Collaborate with team members on infrastructure projects and escalated tickets
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients, both technical and non-technical

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Windows Server (2003 and beyond)
  • Microsoft Exchange (2007+), Outlook
  • Active Directory, DNS, LDAP
  • Email security, SMTP
  • Backup and disaster recovery systems
  • Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, IP addressing, SSL certificates)
  • Exposure to Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches
  • Understanding of MPLS networks and general telecom concepts

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years in a systems administration or IT support role (MSP experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service abilities
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical users
  • Demonstrated success supporting IT projects in fast-paced environments
