We’re looking for a System Administrator / Projects Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You’ll design and implement solutions across cloud, virtualization, networking, and security stacks—while working alongside some of the sharpest minds in the MSP space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute infrastructure projects for SMB and mid-market clients, including server migrations, cloud implementations, and security upgrades

  • Administer and support environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Windows Server

  • Work directly with clients to understand needs, scope solutions, and deliver results

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support escalation when needed (light day-to-day support, mostly projects)

  • Implement firewall, switch, and endpoint security solutions (SonicWall, Cisco, etc.)

  • Contribute to network redesigns, system upgrades, and cloud-first initiatives

  • Document configurations, processes, and environments with accuracy and detail


What You Bring:

  • Must have MSP industry experience

  • 3–7+ years in a hands-on IT support or systems engineering role

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and GPO

  • Solid working knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V, server builds, and virtualization

  • Familiarity with firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco), networking basics, and security best practices

  • Strong customer communication skills and a passion for problem-solving
