System Administrator – Projects & Support (MSP) Description:

The System Administrator – Projects & Support (MSP) work in small, collaborative groups. Successful System Administrator – Projects & Support (MSP) must have excellent technical understanding of the Microsoft server and desktop operating systems and experience managing and administering Microsoft Windows enterprise application servers (i.e. Exchange server & Office 365, Active Directory, SQL server and other back office enterprise systems.) It is required that the System Administrator – Projects & Support (MSP) have experience with virtualization (VMware ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V), Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services). Experience with remote VPN and firewall technology (Cisco, SonicWALL, Fortinet, etc.), security and backup / DR management (Datto, Quest Rapid Recovery, Veeam, Veritas BackupExec ), networking and iSCSI / SAN technology is preferred.
** Previous Managed Services experience required **
System Administrator – Projects & Support (MSP) Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all versions of MS O/S, Windows and Windows SBS/Server.
- Strong knowledge of MS Exchange, O365, and Exchange to O365 migrations.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of VMware (design, implementation and support).
- Azure experience
