This is a hybrid WFH role which allows the System Engineer – Team Lead (MSP) to WFH 2-3 days per week.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP) with a background working in the Managed Services industry. As a System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP), you provide engineering and architecture support for customer solutions. Types of projects the System Engineer – Team Lead (MSP) will work on include; M365 migrations, full-scale migrations to Cloud-based solutions (Microsoft 365/Google/Azure), storage implementations (SAN), platform infrastructure creation, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), routing, firewall, wireless, and switching; and Active Directory support and migrations.

System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP) Essential Experience:

Windows Server, and Active Directory deployments, basic SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 migrations
Managing end-user devices (Win10/Win11/MacOS), laptops, devices, terminals, and thin clients
Knowledge of networking fundamentals
Desired experience in Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet technologies
Standard network infrastructure installations and upgrades (VPN, routers, firewalls, switches, WAPs)
Security hardening (anti-virus, email filtering, dual-factor authentication, secure remote access)
Cloud solutions – Experience with managing/deploying Azure resources (VM, AAD, Storage, Hybrid Environments, AVD)
Creating and maintaining network diagrams (ie. Visio)
Implementation and design (servers/networks/etc.)
Implementation and management of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Google Cloud)
System migrations and upgrades (software/cloud solutions, etc.)
Mobile Device/Application Management (Intune preferred)
Advanced Threat Protection
Endpoint Configuration Management
