We are a large and proactive Cloud Managed Service Provider with a dynamic client base ranging from small businesses to enterprise level clients. Our two divisions include our Managed Services team and Professional Services team. We provide our employees the resources they need to excel technically and have multiple career tracks to choose from.

The System Administrator & Service Desk Support (MSP) will join our Managed Service team to provide support using the Microsoft stack. The ideal System Administrator & Service Desk Support (MSP) is someone with a level 2 technical skill set seeking diversity in their position.

System Administrator & Service Desk Support (MSP) Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing users in Office 365/Exchange Online/Active Directory
  • Must have mid-level experience & knowledge in Office 356, Exchange, and MS Azure
  • Must have 1+ years working for a Managed Service Provider
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are a must.
  • ConnectWise experience a major plus.
