System Administrator & Technical Account Manager (MSP)
We are seeking a System Administrator & Technical Account Manager (MSP) to join a White Glove MSP that provides Cloud Services to SMB clients in the Greater Chicago area. The System Administrator & Technical Account Manager (MSP) position is a great opportunity for an IT Professional who has a strong technical skill set but enjoys being consultative and communicating with non-technical C-level executives.
System Administrator & Technical Account Manager (MSP) Day to Day:
- Support and design various client infrastructures
- Assists the projects team with cloud migrations, office moves, and implementation.
- Road mapping technology solutions
- Serve as a Consultant suggesting innovative solutions that scale clients infrastructure
- Provide Proactive Tier II+ support
System Administrator & Technical Account Manager (MSP) Experience:
- MUST be advanced in VMWare, AD, O365, and Azure
- Kaseya and ConnectWise experience
- Experience working in a consultative role, explaining technical terms to non-technical C-levels
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows Servers
- Managing/designing/building private and public cloud
