We’re hiring a System Administrator Level 2 to join our fast-paced MSP team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll troubleshoot escalated issues, manage infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across multiple environments.
This role requires previous experience working for a MSP.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for systems, workstations, cloud services, and networking issues
- Troubleshoot escalated incidents related to performance, access, and infrastructure
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
- Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks: provisioning, system setup, and user access
- Troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches (Ubiquiti, Cisco, SonicWall)
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and servers
- Document all work accurately within the ticketing system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 10/11
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Proficient in supporting LAN/WAN environments and network hardware
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, RMM tools, and documentation standards
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
