We’re hiring a System Administrator Level 2 to join our fast-paced MSP team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll troubleshoot escalated issues, manage infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across multiple environments.

This role requires previous experience working for a MSP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support for systems, workstations, cloud services, and networking issues
  • Troubleshoot escalated incidents related to performance, access, and infrastructure
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks: provisioning, system setup, and user access
  • Troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches (Ubiquiti, Cisco, SonicWall)
  • Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and servers
  • Document all work accurately within the ticketing system

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 10/11
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Proficient in supporting LAN/WAN environments and network hardware
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, RMM tools, and documentation standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
