System Administrator Tier II (Managed Services):

The System Administrator Tier II (Managed Services) should come from a MSP background or have experience supporting multiple domains at once.

System Administrator Tier II (Managed Services) Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day technical support for all users, both onsite and remote
  • Maintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Maintain Microsoft 365 mailboxes for the company and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Provide basic support for Azure Virtual Desktops for remote users
  • Setup new desktops and related software for new and existing users
  • Maintain Cisco Unity VoIP system, including deployment of phones and voicemail setup
  • Create and maintain user profiles on an AS400 system
  • Maintain the onsite and offsite NVR and DVR systems using the iVMS-4200 Software suite
  • Maintain and help users with Crystal Reports and Bar Tender Software
  • Assist users with basic SQL issues and day-to-day support
  • Assist with FTP and SFTP scripts to troubleshoot EDI and other inventory feeds
  • Deploy software, run updates, and maintain Android and Apple devices used in warehouse management
