System Administrator Tier II (MSP/ConnectWise):

We are continuing to grow and are seeking a System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) to join our MSP. The System Administrator Tier II (MSP/ConnectWise) will be working with ConnectWise, Windows Servers, M365, VMware, Hyper-V, Meraki, SonicWALL, Security, and Azure.

System Administrator Tier II (MSP/ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day MS365 cloud administration, server, workstation, and application support
  • Ensure client requests are responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Build, upgrade & maintain systems and applications on multiple platforms.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve & document solutions related to systems and applications.

System Administrator Tier II (MSP/ConnectWise) Requirements:

  • Strong experience with management of MS365 environments including email, MDM and Intune
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 including baseline security policies.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows-based servers.
  • Familiarity with RMM and remote assistance tools (e.g. ConnectWise).
  • Experience troubleshooting issues related to Windows AD, DNS and IP networking.
  • Email Security/Spam filtering (e.g. Ironscales, Proofpoint).
  • Good problem-solving ability and interest in learning.
