The Role:

Are you ready to don the mantle of an IT System Administrator (Tier II) and deliver white-glove support to our esteemed client base? In this role, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes, splitting your time between resolving technical issues both remotely and onsite and providing invaluable project support. From virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) to migrations (M365 and Azure) and server/network upgrades (SonicWall), you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, showcasing your expertise as a trusted technical guru and a polished communicator who thrives on overcoming server, computer, application, network, and security challenges.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of battle-tested experience in the trenches of Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Advanced prowess in wrangling servers and critical components within Azure’s labyrinth
  • Proficiency in providing technical support to users navigating the realms of Microsoft 365 and Google
  • Mastery of troubleshooting methodologies and techniques across servers, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network management software – including TCP/IP 4 routing, firewall, and VLAN wizardry
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the arcane arts of VMware and/or Hyper-V
  • Battle scars from P2V and V2V migrations
  • Adept in the ancient languages of ticketing and RMM (ConnectWise and ITGlue)
