System Administrator Tier III- MSP
We are currently seeking a System Administrator Tier III- MSP to join our team due to organic growth. The System Administrator Tier III will be joining a stable MSP that values professional growth, collaboration, community service, and exceptional customer service.
As a System Administrator Tier III- MSP, you will be responsible for 3 areas of service delivery. Those 3 areas include, support & administration of servers, handling escalations & advanced support request, and assisting the project/ technical alignment teams with implementation of servers & cloud based solutions.
System Administrator Tier III- MSP Responsibilities:
- Lead all cloud infrastructure evaluation, design, architecture and implementation projects and tasks both internally and for clients.
- Act as the last escalation point for the Engineering team for all technical issues.
- Design, develop, and/or integrate proven solutions to complex application problems for vast portfolio of commercial customers.
- Designing and configuring network environments from A-Z
- Complete Windows Server deployments, virtualization via VMware/Hyper, and O365/Azure migrations
System Administrator Tier III- MSP Desired Skills:
- Must have Experience serving as a tier III point of escalation on the service desk
- 5+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
- Experience with Windows OS
- Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware and Citrix preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Azure experience.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint experience.
- Strong Microsoft server and domain experience.
- Networking experience
