The System Engineer (Escalation Team) – Managed Services will play a crucial role in managing infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems. In this hybrid position, you’ll bring your expertise in cloud technology, virtualization, and networking to support small-to-medium business solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers with Hyper-V/VMware, providing server and desktop support, and handling network configurations with SonicWall and Cisco Meraki.

System Engineer (Escalation Team) – Managed Services Expectation:

  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues remotely or at client sites.
  • Handle escalations/questions from the team, mentor junior techs, and lead training sessions.
  • Liaise with vendors and other third parties to move issues toward completion.
  • Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture.
  • Detailed understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & network concepts.
  • Virtualization technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V.
  • Firewall configuration and troubleshooting, SonicWall experience.
  • Network switch configuration and troubleshooting, CISCO a plus.

  • Salary $80,000 – $90,000
