We’re looking for a System/Project Engineer who can own and lead Microsoft cloud-centric projects from start to finish. From Exchange Online migrations and Intune rollouts to AVD deployments and SharePoint transitions, you’ll be the technical lead bringing these initiatives to life across a wide array of mid-market clients.
This isn’t a siloed role. You’ll collaborate with clients, advise internal teams, contribute to policies, and even jump in on high-level support tickets when needed. If you thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment, love solving real problems, and want your voice to matter—this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading Microsoft 365 and Azure projects: Intune, SharePoint, Entra ID, Teams Phone, AVD, Exchange Online.

Building and managing secure, scalable environments across M365 and Azure.

Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting services like Defender XDR, Entra ID, and Intune MDM.

Supporting infrastructure rollouts: firewalls, switches, wireless access points.

Onboarding new clients: designing systems, documenting environments, ensuring smooth transitions.

Collaborating with the support team on complex escalations involving Microsoft cloud technologies.

Drafting and refining IT policies around cloud security and endpoint management.
What You Bring to the Table:

Deep M365 Expertise: Hands-on experience across Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.

Azure Fluency: Comfortable deploying Azure Compute, Networking, AVD, Windows 365.

Project Ownership: You’ve led migrations and deployments in a live client-facing environment.

Security-Minded: Familiar with Defender XDR, security monitoring, and remediation.

MSP Background: 4+ years working in a Managed Services setting (a must).

Strong understanding of networking equipment (firewalls, switches, WAPs).

4+ years in technical and client-facing roles.

Microsoft certifications (or working toward them) strongly encouraged.
