System Engineer L2 – (MSP)

We seek a System Engineer L2 – (MSP) to be part of a growing Managed Service Provider. The System Engineer L2 – (MSP) will support clients in implementing projects and deploying new technologies daily. The System Engineer L2 – (MSP) will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building networks, and supporting escalated support.

CANDIDATES POSSESSING EXPERIENCE working for IT Managed Services Provider, Cloud Service Provider, and Data Center is HIGHLY encouraged to apply. The System Engineer L2 – (MSP) will have strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
Knowledge of peripherals, connections, and general networking experience is a plus. The System Engineer L2 – (MSP) should also have experience with ConnectWise, Kaseya, or any RMM tool. The System Engineer – Mid-Level (MSP) will have the opportunity to grow internally with the company.

System Engineer L2 – (MSP) Experience:

***MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER (MSP) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
Troubleshooting, configuration, and deploying Windows 2016-2019
MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
VMware and Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure buildout experience
Azure AD and Intune experience
Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory and Group Policy
Clear understanding/experience of TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
Configure servers and other key components in Azure
Azure administration and support
Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
