System Engineer – Level 2 – MSP

We are currently seeking a System Engineer – Level 2 – MSP candidate to be part of a growing Managed Service Provider. The System Engineer – Level 2 – MSP will support clients in implementing projects and deploying new technologies daily. The System Engineer – Level 2 – MSP will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building networks, and supporting escalated support.

CANDIDATES POSSESSING EXPERIENCE working for IT Managed Services Provider, Cloud Service Provider, Data Center or has experience working with ConnectWise or Kaseya or any RMM tool are HIGHLY encouraged to apply. System Engineer – Level 2 – MSP Experience:

***Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) REQUIRED***
Configuring and deploying Windows 2016-2019
Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
Strong Windows Server & Virtualization experience
Implementing network software and hardware upgrades and configurations (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
Configure servers and other key components in Azure
Proficient with Azure administration and support
MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
