Our current opening is for a System Engineer (Managed Service Provider). As the System Engineer (Managed Service Provider) you’ll handle escalated support and project work, applying your analytical skills to solve complex challenges. Your projects will focus on infrastructure modernization, leveraging Azure Entra ID, M365 migration, VMware ESX, Hyper-V for server backup, and SonicWall/Cisco technologies.
Previous MSP experience is required.
System Engineer (Managed Service Provider) Skills Required:
- At least 1 year of MSP experience
- Network troubleshooting (Firewalls/Switches/Routers)
- Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, and GPO/AD)
- Data migration (M365/SharePoint/Azure)
- MSP tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, Ninja, etc.
- Patience and understanding in helping to resolve client issues
- Strong technical skills and willingness to learn
