System Engineer – Managed Services

We partner with an array of clients across nonprofits, medical fields, professional services, and more. This role will primarily be WFH (4 days per week) with 1 day in our Midtown office. Our business continues to grow which is why we are looking outward to bring on a System Engineer – Managed Services. This is a mid-level position that requires previous experience working for a MSP, handling escalations, and working on infrastructure projects such as M365 migrations and standing up new networks. The tech stack for the System Engineer – Managed Services includes, but is not limited to M365, Windows Server (up to version 2022), Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco, and ConnectWise.

We are only accepting System Engineer – Managed Services with MSP experience and already working in a mid-level capacity.

System Engineer – Managed Services Technical Experience:

  • Client Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11, macOS
  • Server Operating Systems: Microsoft Server 2012+
  • Virtualization: Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure IaaS
  • Cisco Meraki firewall, access points and switches
  • Microsoft 365 administration: Azure Entra ID, Endpoint Management (InTune)
  • Mobile Devices: iOS, Android
  • Microsoft Office 2017 and higher
  • Network protocols (routing, NAT, DNS, DHCP)
  • PSA and RMM tools such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, Autotask, Ninja, or N-Able
