System Engineer – Managed Services (Hybrid WFH):

As a System Engineer – Managed Services (Hybrid WFH) you will be responsible for the repair, installation and maintenance of server, computer, peripheral, and networking hardware.. In addition you will monitor and maintain network systems, troubleshoot and make improvements to customer’s networks as necessary.
System Engineer – Managed Services (Hybrid WFH) Qualifications and Experience:
- Experienced in Managed Services (MSP); excellent knowledge with best practices in keeping IT systems efficient
- Deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 (M365) environments. Proven success migrating business email to M365
- Optimizing network (all components: network gear, servers, desktops, and the like) software and hardware
- Building and deploying file servers and cloud computing solutions; Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 experience and Hyper-V implementation experience a plus; understanding of Azure implementations
- Performing network infrastructure troubleshooting including Windows Server troubleshooting
- Implementing and monitoring network security; inclusive of firewall and VPN install & configure
- Designing general business local area networks; inclusive of WiFi install & configure
- Configuring and deploying VoIP solutions; comfortable with physical install as well as configuration
