We are seeking an experienced and personable System Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will provide support to the Service Desk and contribute to various projects. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in infrastructure-related issues and have a passion for delivering exceptional support and solutions.
System Engineer (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical expert for addressing infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems.
- Conduct proactive and reactive incident response for system or service anomalies.
- Deliver high-quality technical support in areas of expertise, such as networking and virtualization.
- Utilize and manage various systems management tools to monitor and maintain infrastructure.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automating repetitive networking tasks, including script and tool creation.
- Quickly diagnose issues and understand root causes in new technical environments and technologies.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by maintaining and/or obtaining industry-specific certifications.

- Extensive experience in infrastructure support and incident response.
- Proficiency in networking and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to quickly assess and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with systems management tools and automation.
