System Engineer (MSP) – Hybrid WFH Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2.5 support for Microsoft environments, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues for desktops, workstations, and user software.
  • Manage and configure SonicWALL firewalls, VPNs, and networking equipment.
  • Document and track issues using MSP tools such as ConnectWise, Ninja RMM, and IT Glue.
  • Work with clients  to provide hands-on technical support and issue resolution.
  • Assist in project implementations as needed, with increasing responsibilities over time.

System Engineer (MSP) – Hybrid WFH Requirements:

  • Experience working in an MSP/ CSP/MSSP
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and M365
  • Proficiency with Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
  • Experience with firewalls (examples: SonicWALL, Meraki, Palo Alto)
  • Familiarity with MSP tools like ConnectWise PSA, Ninja RMM, and IT Glue.
