System Engineer (MSP) – Hybrid WFH Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2.5 support for Microsoft environments, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues for desktops, workstations, and user software.
- Manage and configure SonicWALL firewalls, VPNs, and networking equipment.
- Document and track issues using MSP tools such as ConnectWise, Ninja RMM, and IT Glue.
- Work with clients to provide hands-on technical support and issue resolution.
- Assist in project implementations as needed, with increasing responsibilities over time.
System Engineer (MSP) – Hybrid WFH Requirements:
- Experience working in an MSP/ CSP/MSSP
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and M365
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
- Experience with firewalls (examples: SonicWALL, Meraki, Palo Alto)
- Familiarity with MSP tools like ConnectWise PSA, Ninja RMM, and IT Glue.
